Job Summary: The Head Social Media Manager plays a vital role in our firm, responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance the online presence and reputation of our clients. This position involves overseeing a team of social media professionals, managing client accounts, and ensuring that the firm's social media efforts align with PR goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients to align with their PR objectives and messaging.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, providing guidance, direction, and training as needed.
  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their social media initiatives, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to achieve specific PR and marketing goals.
  • Monitoring and Analysis: Use analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of social media efforts, providing regular reports and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans for clients, addressing negative feedback and incidents swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (a Master's degree is a plus).
