We are looking for High Ticket SDRs and currently have a sales department of 20 SDRs and 10 BCs.

The responsibilities of this job include:
- Book 6 Closer Calls per day.

- Maintain a 60% show rate with your booked leads.
- General organization within our CRM and Tracking Documents

    Compensation Structure:
    1. For the 1st three months, while our new reps are building their pipelines, we have a compensation structure of a $1K non-revocable draw + 2.5% commission on main sales.
    - Projected earnings for the initial 3 months is $5-9K.

    2. After the initial 3 months, the compensation plan goes directly to 2.5% commission on main sales.
    - Projected earnings after the initial three months are $4-$8K per month.
